The RDMG is a working group in the area of responsibility of the Prorectorate for Research and Innovation . The central institutions “Freiburg Research Services ”, the University Library and the Computer Center participate in the RDMG.

The task of the RDMG is the further development of initiatives for research data management. These include services from the institutions participating in the RDMG and from research groups at the university.

The RDMG’s fields of work are based on the Reference Model RISE-DE in order to develop institutional research data management at the university in a systematic and traceable way. These topics are covered:
